About Me

Hello, my name is Diana!I am a Registered Psychyotherapist (Qualifying). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.Therapy has been my passion since I was thirteen! As a first-generation African Canadian who grew up in a Nigerian household, I understand the complexity of navigating cultural identity, family expectations, autonomy, and the stigma surrounding mental health. I also recognize how overwhelming and isolating experiences like trauma and anxiety can feel when you’re carrying them on your own.I became a therapist to be able to offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and comfortable space where the black community can feel heard, respected, supported, and finally exhale.In terms of my interests, I love to work out, play sports, dance, party and have a good laugh!!!If you’re ready to explore your inner world with support, I’m here to help!

When we begin to understand the origins of our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, we gain the ability to challenge them, shift them, and move beyond the feeling of “I don’t know why.”Using a client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based lens, I work alongside you to explore your identity, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life!
